SilicoSan combats acne and seborrhea. It purifies the complexion and soothes skin irritations and dermatitis. SilicoSan also improves the appearance and condition of skin. Colloidal silica, an active ingredient of SilicoSan, has amazing properties. One mole has an adsorption surface bigger than a soccer pitch and it works like a big magnet that attracts and captures all substances. It can easily bind a large amount of impurities. It is enough to place a small amount of SilicoSan onto the affected skin area and the colloidal silica in gel-sol* form will capture bacteria, their toxins, allergens, sebum^† and all impurities. After a while one washes the product out and so removes all captured impurities. The first effects are visible after just a few applications, however, in order to obtain a permanent effect one has to use the preparation for 4 - 6 weeks.
